While we are very sincere in our desire to make your
shopping experience a pleasant one, our return
policy must include that once an ornament has been
personalized, it cannot be returned unless we
followed your personalizing instructions
incorrectly. If we did not follow your directions,
we will replace the ornament at no charge so long as
you return the incorrect one to us. Once we receive
the ornament at our office, we will credit your
credit card $2.50 for the cost of your return mail
to us. We suggest you use US Postal Service.
In the case of an
ornament broken in shipment (unfortunately it
happens!) we will replace the ornament at our
expense, again, once the broken ornament is returned
to us. See above paragraph for credit of shipping
charges.
If an ornament has
not been personalized and you wish to return it, we
will be glad to issue you a credit for the full
amount of the ornament, minus shipping charges. It
is your responsibility to return it to us.
All claims should be
e-mailed to us within ten (10) days of receipt.
Please be sure to include your order number. It
appears at the top of the confirmation we
automatically send you, by e-mail, a few minutes
after you place your order.
